We are licensed in New York State and provide architectural services for residential, commercial, and office spaces. We can support the following project types:

  • interior architecture

  • renovations

  • gut rehabilitations

  • new construction

We can bring a project from conception through to move-in. If brought in at the early stages, we help clients formulate the project scope and prioritize needs according to budget and schedule.

We provide detailed construction documents, specify materials, assist with the permitting process, and coordinate with the contractor’s team, making site progress visits throughout the construction phase to ensure the design intent is achieved.

Design Engagement

  • We offer a complimentary 30 minute initial consultation via Zoom to discuss your project scope, goals, budget, and timeline.

  • From initial concept design through to detailed design, we schedule periodic client meetings to review design options, materials and finishes, etc.

  • We provide detailed construction documents and specifications ready for construction.

    The construction documents package is submitted and contractor bidding process is coordinated by us.

    We coordinate with a local NYC expeditor, as needed, to smoothly move through the permitting process.

  • We provide full service construction administration, reviewing shop drawings and answering contractor questions as required. Throughout the construction process, we perform periodic site visits.
